Fulfillment Network
WSI worked with historical customer inventory and shipping data to identify where the optimal distribution center location would be. We provided food grade warehousing, handled expiration date tracking and lot control, and offered subscription fulfillment and kitting services.
Transportation Services
Our transportation group handled routing and freight scheduling to optimize cost at various shipment volumes and product roll-out rates. The customer leveraged WSI’s transportation volume to obtain hefty discounts, securing significantly lower LTL pricing than if they negotiated on their own.
Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA)
Managing FBA can be complex and time-consuming, which is why many sellers choose to partner with a third-party logistics provider. Our team worked closely with our customer to optimize their FBA strategy, leveraging our expertise in B2B fulfillment to meet Amazon’s strict retail compliance requirements, which includes proper labeling, packaging, and shipment preparation.
Kitting and Subscription Orders
WSI provided kitting services to assemble multi-pack boxes for subscription orders, enabling the customer to meet the growing demand for their snack bars and delighting customers with delicious flavor variety packs.
