Client Services Representative

This position involves customer service responsibilities as required to meet customer needs. This role will include tasks relating to customer correspondence, order processing and miscellaneous other duties as required. We currently operate between the hours of 6am-3:30pm.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualifications include: E1 proficiency, strong attention to detail, and a working understanding of Microsoft office, WMS, SAP, and Excel experience. The ideal applicant is self-motivated and works well with limited direction. Our office is a fast paced operation at times, so the ability to prioritize and balance the completion of several tasks is important.  The position involves regular communication via phone and email with our customer base, so a strong applicant should be service-oriented and have a desire to develop and maintain relationships with our key customers.

A qualified candidate must be willing to go into warehouse to do physical inventory counts, be willing to double check orders on warehouse docks and work from the shipping and receiving desk assisting drivers. In addition, this position must be willing to complete extensive chemical handling and familiarization training to include Hazwoper.
