Our comprehensive, real time Warehouse Management Information System
provides our customers with a complete, thorough and timely package that fulfills
their inquiry, reporting and processing needs. We maintain one year of comprehensive
on-line accessible data, while archiving the balance on easily retrievable media.
Our System
Our system supports a network of 600+ customer service, warehouse and
support staff stretching from coast to coast, border to border.
Access to Inventory
In addition to WSI employees, our customers
also enjoy the benefit of access to their inventory on our information system.
Allowing our customers access allows them to quickly and easily glean the
necessary information without the need to phone or fax a request. Automated
reports via fax or email, at the frequency of your choosing, are also available.
Support Staff
Because of the many time zones and the fact
that some of our warehouses are 24 hour operations, our information systems
support staff provides assistance around the clock. WSI Information Services
Support Staff provides assistance with procedural issues and technical/hardware
issues. In addition, we have computer programming resources that allow us to
tailor our system to our customer's requirements, including EDI.
