BUSINESS CONDUCT POLICY

We have built a long-standing reputation of providing service that is absolutely reliable. We strive to intentionally develop relationships that are refreshingly open and trustworthy. At the core of this value is the belief that our integrity must never be compromised.

Our Business Conduct Policy contains 5 ethical principles that set the groundwork for all that we do. We expect our business partners to operate according to these same high standards of integrity.

THE 5 PRINCIPLES:

HONESTY: We will not say things that are false. We will strive for transparency and never deliberately mislead any stakeholder. We will openly and freely share information as appropriate to the relationship. We will live up to our ethical principles, even when confronted by personal, professional, or social risks, as well as economic pressures. We will not tolerate bribes, conflicts of interest, or other forms of undue influence in violation of anti-corruption laws or the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

RELIABILITY: We will not make promises that we knowingly cannot keep. We will not make promises on behalf of the company without proper authority. We will keep our word. Because our reputation is at stake, we will inform our supervisors when a commitment is in jeopardy of not being met. We demand the same behavior from our suppliers and vendors, and ask that they adhere to a supplier code of conduct that exemplifies our values.

FAIRNESS: We will treat all stakeholders with respect and fairness. We will strive for a diverse work environment free from all forms of discrimination. We will not tolerate any form of discrimination, including race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, genetic information or military status. All employment decisions must be based on merit. Through all of our relationships, we will strive to create shared value for all parties, including our employees, customers and owners.

COMPASSION: We will maintain an awareness of the needs of others and act to meet those needs whenever possible. We will continue to be good corporate citizens in the communities we serve by our corporate actions. We also encourage individuals to participate in community events through volunteering and personal charitable contributions. We recognize that our responsibilities extend beyond our local communities, and will not be complicit in human rights abuses, including the use of slave labor, underage labor or the use of conflict minerals.

STEWARDSHIP: We will look after all human and environmental resources entrusted to us as if they were our own.

We will be good stewards of our most valued resource: our employees. Safety is a preeminent guiding characteristic of our organization. Our viability and reliability depend on continued commitment to safety and the welfare of all employees. Extensive and continuous formal training programs attest to the high value we place on providing a safe and secure work environment. The knowledge gained through training provides a clear expectation that every employee contributes to continuous improvement in all we do.

We will always look to sustain and protect the environment throughout the entire supply chain. Environmental protection will be a key component in all business decisions.
